My time in BFB ADVISORS was very formative and personally significant. I worked closely with multiple clients and delivered varied projects (M&A, Strategies, Cost cutting projects, ERP, Corporate Finance…). The projects can be split into 3 major parts:

Corporate & Financial strategy :
•M&A deals analysis (drafted memorandum and pitch books…);
•Financial valuation of a facility management operator and a high-tech start-up;
•Set out and implemented a go-to-market strategy of a high-tech company.

Management :
•Financial advisory services for SME’s;
