➢ Discuss the Monthly sales plan with the District sales manager across all Categories, Sub Categories & Products in Tones, cases, & values.
➢ Implement the monthly sales plan by Account Manager & by store and follow up the execution of the sales criteria on a daily basis by monitoring the daily sales reports.
➢ Develop the Account Manager's Journey plan & evaluate the merchandising team leader reports.

➢ Ensure the full use of rental Shelf-Space & Secondary Displays.

➢ Implement promotional activities and events prepared and planned by the Trade Marketing and exploit any additional opportunities to promote sales.
➢ Recommend promotional activities and events.
➢ Minimize the sales returns/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns by outlets, developing a depletion plan and avoiding the over & out of stock from the points of sales.
➢ Ensure the availability of all SKU's on the selective shelves.
➢ Ensure quick listing of new products or new promo items at all customer stores.
➢ Coordinate with the Brand Manager the usage and distribution of POS Materials Free Goods, and Giveaways.
➢ Build excellent relations with all store / section managers as to convey the high image of the company in terms of service and credibility.
