➢ Discuss the Monthly sales plan with the District sales manager across all Categories, Sub Categories & Products in Tones, cases, & values.
➢ Implement the monthly sales plan by Account Manager & by store and follow up the execution of the sales criteria on a daily basis by monitoring the daily sales reports.
➢ Develop the Account Manager's Journey plan & evaluate the merchandising team leader reports.
➢ Evaluate the Account manager performance on weekly and monthly basis.
➢ Discuss customers' score cards with the district & the Unit managers.
➢ Maximize the sales per brand through effective and close follow up on customer deals and good control of stock levels.
➢ Advise the brand manager on slow moving and price sensitive items vs. competitors.
➢ Discuss the company's promotional plan calendar with the trade marketing team across Juice, Milk, & Fresh products.
➢ Review and analyze sales force achievements by brand and by store to ensure the company's objectives are being achieved.
➢ Follow up on competitors' activities reports and provide market feed-back on new products, prices changes, and new launches.
➢ Set Quarter business review with the customer to ensure that the company / customer objectives are being accomplished.
➢ Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction by providing quality service in terms of number of merchandisers per store, account manager market visit, customer problem solving & merchandising team leader follow up.
➢ Ensure the full use of rental Shelf-Space & Secondary Displays.
➢ Evaluate shelf rentals of every store in coordination with the Customer Section & Store Managers.
➢ Recommend action plans on sensitive items.
➢ Discuss the company products Plano grams with the section managers by selecting the best shelf spaces for the company's products vs. competitors to ensure the highest consumer impact.
➢ Drive highest possible standards of visual impact by ensuring brand layout guidelines and plans are being correctly followed to deliver brand values.
➢ Implement promotional activities and events prepared and planned by the Trade Marketing and exploit any additional opportunities to promote sales.
➢ Recommend promotional activities and events.
➢ Minimize the sales returns/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns by outlets, developing a depletion plan and avoiding the over & out of stock from the points of sales.
➢ Ensure the availability of all SKU's on the selective shelves.
➢ Ensure quick listing of new products or new promo items at all customer stores.
➢ Coordinate with the Brand Manager the usage and distribution of POS Materials Free Goods, and Giveaways.
➢ Build excellent relations with all store / section managers as to convey the high image of the company in terms of service and credibility.
➢ Assist the Marketing / Trade Marketing Manager in areas related to sales development.
