Set and managed the survey and quotation for a 1700 km inter urban fiber optic cable. The Mauritanian Government was the project owner. In order to increase the geographic accessibility to broadband networks and reduce the cost of communications services, Mauritania has engaged in the West African Regional Communications Infrastructure Program - WARCIP - initiated by the World Bank.
Developed an integrated circuit system to control TV/FM Broadcasting stations remotely. Set a prototype board using micro-controllers (Microchip® Technology) to constantly collect information from different sensors, encapsulate them in Ethernet frames, and forward alerts (in case) through GPRS network to a centralized platform.
My notable internship project: Pre-sales analysis for Meditel (current Orange Morocco) to implement FTTx technology. My study targeted clients and end users in the administrative districts and industrial zones of Casablanca (Casa Near Shore, Casa Marina, Casa Finance City...) and taken into consideration the various models available (GPON in particular) and deduces the estimated benefits.
