As an Inside Sales Representative, I am responsible for managing the commercial process within the After-Sales Department, specifically in the Spare Parts Division, across two key business lines:

- Construction Equipment: heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, crushers, and other earthmoving solutions
- Power Systems: industrial and standby generator sets, energy production and backup power solutions
