• Forming a self-organized team.
• Performing the duties of a project manager in collaboration with the project
coordinator.
• Working closely with the company stakeholders and client stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirements Document and Solution Design Document for NetSuite configuration.
• Implement and configure NetSuite to address business processes, including advanced accounting, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, and fixed asset management.
• Build reports, saved searches, and dashboards for Business Intelligence.
• Create training/support documentation and conduct end-user training.
• Manage "Go Live" deployment processes and ensure continuity of business operations.
• Support clients post-deployment to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
• Work effectively with cross-functional team members and develop Statements of Work.

• Browsing social networking sites to find suitable candidates.
• Headhunt candidates for the assigned project using LinkedIn Recruit.
• Creating job descriptions for the desired position.
