1. Organize, plan, execute and develop strategies for the projects’ progress to assure delivery on time.
2. Attending public meetings to discuss projects, especially in a senior role.
3. Monitor precast subcontractor Progress, and provide daily/weekly report to the Project Director.
4. Participate in the Biweekly report provided to the client.
5. Establishing a Construction Site Management System, for automated, precise and efficient site control.
6. Analyzing and managing sequence between production and site installation, and providing an alert to factory in case of potential shortage of elements, to avoid delay in schedule.
7. Managing the distribution of subcontractor manpower, following a matrix of variables (types, colors, districts, obstacles, quantities, schedules…).
8. Apply Quality Management System, propose improvement objective and follow KPIs.
1. Manage all Survey works within PPCD Projects (5 to 20 projects) in KSA.
2. Technical participant in Pre-design study for all potential projects / Oger international.
3. Establishing GIS Department and applying spatial exercises within company projects and sections.
1. Supervise structural/finishing work and inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety.
2. Review and check all drawings before execution.
3. Prepare regular Progress report.
5. Calculation of all items coordinates in the drawings.
6. Compute earthwork quantities, and stocks volumes.
7. Layout of (Grid lines, columns, boundaries, wide beam, drop beam, blocks, stair case, tilling, false ceiling, landscape, Roads, Curbstone ... )
