• My Duties :
1- Work Closely with Projects Managers for the development, monitoring and update of project Baseline schedules and budget based on the Request for proposal and Agreement with clients, with Cash Flow, Cost and Manpower Load.
2- Develop scope baseline, detailed work breakdown structure, project activities and critical path in coordination with respective project managers
3- Work closely with project managers in managing changes in project scope, potential risk and contingency plan
4- Preparation of periodic progress reports.
5- Preparation of Construction Time Schedule for the Client’s with Cash Flow.
6- Preparation of Work Plan Report every week, which illustrate the actual reserved production hour for each staff member, WPR details the “reserved production hours” with their deployed staff / assignment for all projects.
7- Prepare Action Planning Report forecasted for 2 month, which illustrate the actually consumed hours for projects in comparison to the budgeted hours, and to help in optimizing the deployment of BDS’s human resources.
8- Prepare Report for the Actual Hours Spent during Quarter and the Forecasted Quarter.
9- Prepare Budget Manpower plan distributed over Production Life Cycle & per Trade, Forcaste Quarter Schedule, Capacity, Actual Production, Utilization, and Queuing Waste.
10- Prepare Reports Using Business Intelligence Software.
* Planning - Claim Analysis and Cost Control with Alumco group Company in Main Office and Site (Aluminum and Glass Work) from 01/09/2012 till 30/12/2014 on Many Projects:

4- Updating Schedule for Projects from Site Visit, Daily Reports, PM
5- Generation of S-Curves, Cash Flow, Manpower Histograms, Cost Control Sheet and Monitoring Productivity
6- Monitoring Project Progress by preparing delay analysis and advising actions to meet Schedule if delayed.
7- Weekly Reports
8- Prepare and issue Extension of time claim based on records from documents and translate the Event on the time schedule program
9- Fabrication and Installation Histogram
