Responsible as Area Authority in the control of work system for any activities on LNG Jetty.
Perform isolation, purging and initial gas test of Jetty’s process equipment for maintenance works and ensure that all control measures are in place as stated in Work Permit and JSA.
Reinstate isolation and the equipment on completion of maintenance and carry out functionality test before handover.
Coordinate schedule maintenance of Jetty with Maintenance Department, and other service providers.
Monitor field activities on Jetty and ensure the HSE guidelines and procedures are followed.
Perform routine checks, daily log and housekeeping of LNG Jetty.
Regularly check and maintain the chemical stock and keep the log of same.
Monitor and witness Ship to Ship Transfer process and maintain the detailed record of sequences and utilize it for any lay time and observing any anomalies.
Perform the functional test in co-ordination with Process Engineer and Vendor.
Monitor operations from the field, take readings, monitor performance of the individual equipment’s.
Carrying out the plant startup activities in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
Carrying out periodical tests and verifying to ensure the process and safety equipment is in good working condition and carrying out routine check up on equipment’s for abnormalities.
Isolate and de-isolate the equipment’s as per the PTW requirements safely.
Checks the condition of all safety and fire equipment in designated area.
Monitoring production facilities and participates in operating all production facilities to desire output levels Assumes responsibility for assigned area.
Responsible for control room panel operation through distributed control system of assigned plant during normal operation, start-up, shutdown and emergency situations.
Start up, normal operations, normal shutdown and emergency shutdown of plant.
Actively take part in Commissioning, pre-commissioning, clearing punch points and startup of Dilute Acetic Acid Recovery plant, Absolute Alcohol Molecular Sieve Dehydration plant and Ethyl Acetate Plant.
Take part in the commissioning planning to make the HIRA and JSA for the project.
