Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Visiting potential customers for new business.
- Making and providing customers with quotations.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and Performa invoices to our customers as required.
• To process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visit in relation to company business.
• To meet customers on our premises to discuss their requirements.
• Ensure the customer satisfaction with delivery, quality and communication according to the customer need.
• To make accurate purchases of material supplies for resale as required and take customer payment by credit/debit card as required.
• To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.

• Assists as required with customer inquiries and in the obtaining of customer orders.
• Assists as required in the resolution of customer complaints.
• Prepare sales related documents through out the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).
• Gather materials and assemble information packages.
• Ensure submission of invoice and other related documents to customer without delay.
• Perform general office duties to support sales and marketing (e.g., filling, sending emails, typing, faxing, and coping).
• Scheduling meetings for the presentation of products and discussing sales plans
• Responsible for handling complex issues regarding complains of sold products
• Attend departmental meeting (as needed) and take the minutes.
• Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required including working extra hours if required to ensure company business objectives are met.
• Generate monthly office supplies order for the department.
• Maintain and develop his daily follow up by Area/Customer according to the sales order process.
