Brief description of duties and responsibilities
•Administration and Maintenance of Servers and Workstations.
•Creating Domain based Users and Emails, and join Computers to Domain.
•Installation/Upgrading workstations based on Hardware and Software level.
•Providing technical help to employees; Troubleshooting and fixing various problems regarding the workstations, printers, peripherals, and systems.
•Backup Solution ( Acronis ) for Servers and Workstations, Using ( Acronis ) to clone machines, by creating general image with ( a custom applications and systems for end user -employee- ) that can be deployed on any windows based Workstation/PC.
•Administration of Kaspersky Endpoint Security.
•Administration of Cyberoam Firewall.
