Key Responsibilities:
-Review and approve tenant design and check for compliance with ACC Fit out standards.
-Design reviews include Technical Designs, Preliminary Designs, and Final Designs.
-Respond to the tenants & contractors for design related queries and suggest recommendations for modifications or improvements to the design or specifications to bring it in line with ACC fit-out requirements.
-Ensures that tenants are proceeding in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, approved materials and related documents.
-Review Contractor’s temporary structures to ensure safety and compliance with the ACC standards.
Met with prospective customers and led brainstorming sessions to capture customer needs on the design on over a dozen projects
* Worked directly with MEPs and coordinated completion of the intended projects.
* Worked as BIM Coordinator.
* Hands on experience in creating floor plans, elevations, 3D models as well as preparing and developing schematic designs, presentation drawings and final construction documents

Clinic, Elementary School, Intermediate School, Kindergarten, Daily Mosques, Friday Mosques… etc.

Job Profile
• Surveillance report and inspection throughout the RFI, making punch list against the incomplete work.
• Conduct material in section and verify the materials as per the purchase order requirements and from approved vendor, and assure the quality standards as per project specification
• Coordinate with various sub-contractors
• Responsible for supervision and package hand over, as built making and documentation works.

Two months summer training program (Summer-B) with Saudi Aramco Company for university students.
Job Profile
• Conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with detailed design documents
• Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans
• Create three-dimensional building information modeling and two-dimensional construction documents using various software
• Assist in the preparation of Presentation drawings, Design Analysis, and various studies and reports
• Assists in preparation of construction contract documents, including plans, details, sections and schedules
• Assists with specification, research and material selection for color/finish/material on project-by-project basis.
