• Ensured growth and functioning of all sales and marketing activities in the Middle East market for the Oil & Gas, Power generation and water industry (prospection, proposal and closing new projects).
• Maintained a high level of visibility at designated strategic accounts to build strong, value based relationships with key decision makers and with customers at all organisation level.
• Trained and followed up the sales team on technical internal training, motivated and worked under pressure to reach the target.
• Actively pursued new business to expand the company, supporting the sales team in all efforts and customer needs within the region.
• Created detailed action plans at an account level to determine best approach based on application and industry knowledge.
• Implemented the pricing strategy to optimise profitability and forecasted models in order to be in line with company growth requirements.
• Essayed new partners from top companies to represent them in the Middle East area ( Segway, GEO vehicles, Smith Vehicles, Quantya Scooters, Vectrix scooters).

• Developed new Joint-Ventures and partnership with European manufacturers.

• Developed a new customer data base, providing the share market in order to develop appropriate strategy for this new market.
• Discovered opportunities & possibilities of potential business with governmental projects (Masdar city, DP World Terminal, Yas Island Formula 1 circuit).
