In my role as a BIM coordinator, my primary duty is to align the architectural and structural aspects according to BIM standards. I accomplish this using BIM tools such as Revit, Naviswork Manage, and others. My ultimate objective is to deliver a fully coordinated model that can be effectively utilized on the construction site.

As I am a BIM Specialist/architect, I have more than 6years of experience in the field of architecture, I am providing technical support as a production member like family creation documentation setting out BIM standards as well as project template standards

As a BIM architect:

1. Leading the team and developing the model.
2. Modeling in Revit Architecture and Structure.
3. Overseeing and coordinating the design and construction of facilities projects.
4. Ensuring client requirements are addressed and plans are executed within policy constraints.
5. Assisting with other departmental needs and contributing to improvement initiatives as needed.

The role involves modelling in Revit Architecture and Structure.
1) Overseeing and coordinating the design and construction of facilities projects.
2) Liaising with and supervising professional service consultants to ensure contracted responsibilities are fulfilled.
3) Ensuring client requirements are met and plans are executed within policy constraints.
4)Assisting with other departmental needs and contributing to improvement initiatives as needed.

As a trainee, my responsibilities include creating render views, CAD drafting, and participating in both design developments and production.
