Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
B. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
C. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
D. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
E. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
F. Resolve any arising problems or complaints
G. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
H. Handel the cash for transport issues

Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
B- Maintain supplier files by keeping them complete and up to date.
C- Prepare the data base for the supplier depends on their price, quality and quantity they can provide.
D- Support the general Manager on operational projects as needed.
E- Will plan and coordinate the production volumes at each plant and tie it with the Sales Forecast.
F- Control the project budget to insure not exceeds the limit.
G- Monitor the visas for the labors to avoid exceed the time
H- Prepare all the document for the new visas from offer letter till passport stamp.
I- Prepare the required document for the insurance company.
J- Contact with MOI, municipality and other government department for necessary permits

 Receive the material from the factory and distribute to the sites
 Make monitoring for the material
 Make a report for receiving and balance material
 Control the logistic team in different sites
 Make the transport invoice for the transport supplier.
 Arrange the local purchase from petty cash

 Receive the material request from the site
 Check the store if the material available or not
 Make a purchase order and send it to the supplier
 Receive the material from the supplier and check if it as per the MRL
 Make the report for the purchasing quantity.
