Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profit targets for Mazda parts and Veedol lubricants, while identifying potential areas for business expansion.
Enhance the work efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales and support team by providing leadership and inspiration, maximizing individual contributions, and facilitating personal development.
Conducting daily reviews with the Sales team to assess performance, forecasting, and develop corrective action plans.
Collaborate with the Sales team on joint sales calls to generate sales with key accounts, providing support and guidance where needed.
Manage the sales force effectively by providing direction, feedback, control, and motivation, with a focus on sales force effectiveness.
Develop a strong customer base and identify new markets to drive business growth, aiming to add at least 5 new customers per month to the database.
Review and adjust credit limits for channel customers to align with business objectives.
Ensure efficient utilization of available resources, with a continuous focus on cost savings.
Continuously monitor and improve the customer base for the parts & lubricant business within the Abu Dhabi region.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key territory accounts, understanding their business needs and aligning them with market trends.
Foster close collaboration with the service department to meet business objectives and enhance internal and external customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the Inventory team for order suggestion, placement, logistic control, and stock updating for all import and local procurement product lines.
Adhere strictly to the credit policy while achieving budgeted sales and optimizing debtor's collection for maximum profitability within the territory.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring outstanding service delivery for each customer.
Assist in the development of various sales and operational reports for the parts department.
Collaborate with the inventory management team to liquidate dead and slow-moving parts through various customer channels in the database.
Conduct performance evaluations, appraisals, and provide training and staff development opportunities.
Assisting the National Parts Manager (NPM) in formulating and implementing promotional programs periodically.
Maintain facility standards, manage records effectively, and utilize point-of-purchase (POP) materials efficiently.
Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvement actions to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales/business development activity reports, presenting them to the NPM.

➢ Responsible for achieving Sales, Collection targets & all retail business activities for the North region
➢ Maintain the company’s business locally and enhance further and faster development of the Retail business activities in the
Northern region.
