Handling all accounting transactions including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable and purchasing functions.
Maintaining and updating all personnel files related to accounts.
Preparing monthly financial statements including month-end general ledger closing and the production of related reports.
Performing reconciliations of all General Ledger balances ensuring proper classifications of balance sheet and income statement items.
Responsibility for accounts receivable records, past due accounts, accounts payable & check issuance.
Maintaining and updating statistical and graphical reports in MS Excel.
Prepare and coordinate presentations/conferences/meetings and events with internal and external parties.
Manage and ensure timely arrangement of all meetings.
Coordinates travel arrangements inclusive of air ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangement, claims etc. for the Managers and Project Team.
Obtains clarification of policies and procedures for Staff.
Coordinate for training arrangements with Managers and Staff (internal and external).
Composes drafts and completes non-technical correspondence from oral and/ or written instruction.
Arranges meetings, schedules locations, coordinates time with listed attendees, and arranges refreshments and equipment as needed.
Purchases small expensed items.
Assist Management with preparing reimbursement and other claims.
• Identifying potential areas of cost control and recommending measures for reducing cost of overheads
• Maintaining of input & output ratio and comparing the same with standard input - output norms
• Reconciling incoming goods; Verifying invoice raised by suppliers with GRN, Cross-checking all particulars and Coordinating with higher officials to release payment
• Carrying out physical inspection of materials on a regular basis to ensure reconciliation of physical stock and reporting to senior managers
• Executing commercial functions such as Stock order generation, Preparing inventory reports; Maintaining Purchase register, Inward / Outward register etc.
