Updating the white board with required details maintenance backlog, work orders needed to be close, pending
notifications needed to planned and executed, KPI’s, Long term and short term issues.
• Updating of work progress sheet daily and weekly (creating notification, CNF the work order in SAP etc.).
• Monitoring and follow up with purchasing group & expeditor to ensure that spares in hand quantity is always
more than reorder point.
• Support maintaining fixed cost review process at department level
• Following up with spare parts since the majority is PD, which require follow up, and manual request.
• Follow up with service provide contractor to submit their original invoices not exceeding 45 days from completion
activity to avoid pending invoices and accruals.
• Ensures work are sub tasked to other disciplines (Mechanical, Painting, Scaffold, Insulation, Crane and Rigging) for
further planning and scoping.
• Prepare work packs for major and Unit Shutdown works that is complex and requires numerous coordination
activities including bundling of related jobs.
• Coordinate in the preparation of Monthly Maintenance Planning report and Identify shortfalls in performance
including areas of improvements.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are called and executed accordingly.
• Ensure work is planned with realistic completion dates considering material delivery lead times, job priority, and
resourcing constraints.
• Review of backlog and reallocating outstanding maintenance work to future schedules based on priority.
• Preparing Progress report actual progress of the work versus the planned work.
• Participating in Weekly and Monthly Progress Meetings.
• Checking progress on site to ensure accurate progress reporting.
• Emergency Shutdown, preparing ESD list, and schedule as per given period.
• Follow up with TASNEE Buyers and logistic services inside and outside of kingdom.
• To be able to comply with business plan needs and comply with TASNEE requirements.
• Proper planning for HOLD WO’s and review their SOW, spare parts and reservation and update on weekly basis.
• Initiate and update a dynamic list for all pending tracking list of PRs, approved budget monitoring, controlling,
spare parts & services.
• Extend SAP Knowledge on all modules to enhance the monitoring of cost in SAP
• Ensure follow up 100% completion of Invoice and Verification.
• Follow up with service provide contractor to submit their original invoices not exceeding 45 days from completion
activity to avoid pending invoices and accrual.
• Ensure zero overdue SHE equipment’s transformers, PSVs, pumps.
• Challenge contractor invoice, time sheet in order to ensure cost elements.

• Coordinate with maintenance, operation and support services sections for any requirements of maintenance job
based on the priority.
• Review and monitor work status, priority of job and ensure the reservation of spare parts of equipment to
facilitating smooth execution of the job.
• Reporting to high management about maintenance progress.
• Focus on proactive planning rather than reactive planning in order to avoid any inspection findings during SD.
(Many cases can be shared if required)
• Maintaining readiness tracking sheet for SD spares and services and regular follow up with concerned until on site
delivery/ service finalization.
• Periodic SD meeting with all departments for reviewing the scope and minimizing the scope based on the SD
window, hold points and progress update for SD activities preparation.
• Package Preparation for SD jobs as per formal planning check list, getting it reviewed before execution to avoid any
surprises during execution phase, Planning is done for activities at micro level so as to avoid any arrangement
during SD phase.
• SD schedule review with all concerned parties prior to SD so that each party will know their target duration and
preparation of required organograms.
• Splitting of activities in pre-planning and planning phase, allocating inhouse ARC Contractors instead of going to
outside service contractor as part of cost management.
• Conducting meeting for lesson learned for critique feedback after every SD for the improvement for future SD
planning

This is an “Integrated Steel Plant” with 400 TPD Sponge Iron Plant, 35 MW Captive Power Plant and Steel Melting Shop of
35 Tons (Electric Arc Furnace, Laddle Refining Furnace & CCM) & Rolling Mill. Totally 1500 Crore Project. Ongoing & New
projects to add 5000 Crore turn over in next 4 years, a net profit of 500 Crore and 1.2 million production.
• Instrumental in planning, commissioning, maintenance, quality check and other related activities of mechanical
works while ensuring adherence to time & budgetary parameters for financial year on consumables for stock & Non-
stock items.
• Involved in Mechanical Maintenance, planning shut down works, schedule maintenance, preventive maintenance
and predictive maintenance for effective running of plant.
• Accountable for erection of the plant, monitoring site work, preparing daily progress report and preparation of
consumption report on spares utilized in the plant on monthly & yearly basis.
• Knowledge in Various Electrical equipment’s with DG up to 750 KVA; Analysis of Manpower & Machinery
utilization for maximum output
• Erection of 4X100 TPD Rotary Kiln, Cooler and its accessories (D.P Flap, Shell air fan, Butterfly Dampers, Swirlers,
Nose Cooling fan, Kiln Slip rings, Rotary Air Lock Feeder (RALF), Rotary Air Lock Valve(RAV), CB Fan, Kiln main
drive gear box, Girth Gear, Hydraulic thrust brake, Pneumatic Cylinders for Kiln & Cooler, Hydraulic System for
kiln, cooler, stacks cap or emergency cap.
• Erection of crushers (Coal & Iron) of capacity (75 & 60 TPH) and Screen’s (50TPH, 20TPH) with double deck, crusher’s
(10 TPH, 40 TPH).
• Handling erection of Magnetic separators, Vibro feeder (20TPH & 75TPH) conveyor equipment’s.
• Erecting & commissioning of thermocouple (K - Type) & pressure transmitter and alignment of gear boxes with
couplings & motors.
• Handling Screw Compressor with receiver tank with 7.5 bars and Pneumatic circuit. Placing of weigh feeders &
volumetric feeder.
• Erection & Commissioning of the Equipment’s for Waste Hot Gases, Pollution Control Equipment’s like Bag Filters

X 4 Units & their Respective ESP’S & with a good knowledge in operation & trouble shooting, Erection,
Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of Ash Handling System for WHRB, Erection, Commissioning, Operation
