• Undertake Initial Feasibility studies Inception of Concept Design.
• Assist to Develop an Eco-Friendly, Alternate Energy, Value Engineering.
• Pre-Development Bid Budget Estimate & Advise for Bid / No Bid.
• Draft Pre-Bid Contract Scope of Works & Contract Conditions.
• Advise on Management of Pre & Post Contract Services
• Manage and Advise on Risks and Opportunities (Risk Assessment, Analysis, Mitigation)
