Public Relation Officer, March 2005 to Present
Responsibilities included but not limited to: • Ensuring all visa applications such as; Visit, Employment, Residence, Termination, Work Permits, & Labor Cards are presented and completed on time in order to comply with UAE Labour Laws and regulations.
• Ensuring all License applications and official approvals and permits are followed up properly to avoid unnecessary violations.
• Coordinating with Government Authorities to adhere with the new rules.
• Developing relationships with Government Departments in order to ensure issues are resolved diligently.
• Processing documents such as Trade License, attestation of rent contract and the like in government offices such as Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court and Traffic Department.
• Responsible for renewing licenses of company cars.
• Up-keeping of visa related expenses and budget preparation for the Department.
• Arrange medical tests, passports and Emirates National ID for the Staff.
• Establish Filing system and oversee the maintenance of Employee Passports and records on an ongoing basis
