-Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy, goals, and objectives in alignment with the company's business strategy.
-Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
-Oversee the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management, to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery.
-Monitor and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs and stock-outs.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring a reliable and efficient supply of raw materials and components.
-Collaborate with production planning and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production scheduling and capacity utilization.
-Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
-Continuously improve supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for automation, digitalization, and streamlining.

•Responsible for the following aspects of the supply chain: Planning, transport, warehousing and distribution. Also involved in identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce the overall supply chain cost base
1.Serves as liaison between business partners (Purchasing, Production and Sales) to achieve the predetermined planning required.
2.Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost.
3Manage, Develop, implement and maintain proper order flow quantities to support sales, inventory, and profitability. This includes the continuous evaluation, review and optimization of inventory turns and inventory levels.
4.Integrate business related activities for various functions (Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning “MRP” and Materials Handling) in order to achieve the predetermined target.
5.Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
6.Obtaining quotes for transportation and also making cost comparisons.
7Managing bottlenecks and any other constraints, aiming not to exceed defect rates or scrap/ yield factors (Managing WIP).
8.Managing procedures for updating database components in ERP and other Planning systems.

1.General Production Plan Preparation.
2.Control the Sales Orders which go through the Production Plan, follow up the different Sales requirements & ensure the exact Delivery dates to the Customers.
3.Determine and execute required expedited shipments.
4.Monitor, review and report on stock levels with a view to optimizing inventory and reducing working capital.
5.Assist in annual budgeting and preparation of prices, cash flow & working capital.
6.Reporting production issues related to material & production Process.
7.Plan, develop & evaluate materials processes for production programs, interpret program schedules & identify necessary materials required to meet schedule milestone
