• Support team, junior engineers, and manage fieldwork.
• Provide onsite and remote support to customers to resolve the issues on daily basis.
• Backup support to customer service center by resolving assigned tasks via phone support and digital tools and physically visiting customer.

• Providing immediate services to facilitate smooth running of instruments
• Represent company in health care sector as number one service providers and traders
• Pre and post installation inspection and requirement evaluation
• Provide application trainings of instruments to customer
• Building relationships with customers to develop company brands by providing immediate and up to the mark services
• Clinical trainings of Laboratory technologists.
Responsibilities:
• Handle sophisticated Instruments and resolve technical issues in a practical manner
