• The first duty of cashier is to greet the customers entering into organization
• Handling all the cash transaction of an organization
• Receive payment by cash, cheques, credit card etc
• Checking daily cash accounts
• Guiding and solving queries of customer
• Providing training and assistance to new joined cashier
• Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions
• Monitor and maintain the smooth flow of the operations.
• Ensure that cleanliness and orderliness of the area is maintain
• Organize the schedule of subordinates.
• Monitor the sales by inputting sales figures for analysis if there is a decline on sales.
• Take charge of major guest complaints and filling out incidental reports and other similar documents.
• May lead briefing of service crews before and after the operating hours.
• Baking Breads such as French Baguette, Italian Breads, Croissants, and etc.
• Making Prepared Sandwiches like Roastbeef, Turkey, Tuna & Chicken Triangle Sandwiched, Cheese sandwiched, also includes making Fruit and Greek salads
• Making All MTO Sandwich products as for customer's order including grilled chicken and hotdogs.
• Hands-on by making sandwiches in front of the guest
• Making prepared sandwiches for chiller display
• Preparing and serving hot and cold coffee product to the guest
• Inform the bestselling menu to customers; take down orders and serve the food exactly as requested. Record the prices that the guest’s ordered in the guest check and courteously handle the bill to the customers.
• Making LPO or List Purchased Order and Receiving deliveries
• Checking delivery good products as soon as it comes
• Entering invoices into the system
