Preparing and issuing purchase order (PO) and conducting
negotiation with suppliers to secure the best terms.
• Sending detailed requests for (RFQs) and evaluating
supplier responses for quality and pricing.
• Sourcing and procuring electrical items from top brand like
ABB, SCHNEIDER, MEMF, MITSUBISHI and
SIEMENS.
• Managing the end-to-end procurement process from enquiry
to goods receipt note (GRN).
• Handling delivery schedules to ensure timely material
availability for project.
The position involves leading all the procurement cycle
including MEP sourcing, contract negotiations, assisting
tendering and estimation processes. I manage supplier
relationships, implemented cost-saving strategies, and
ensured efficient cost management. My role also includes
successful supplier KPI management, cost estimations and
technical support negotiations along with assisting in
packaging and assisting Tendering new projects across KSA.
• Rechecking of quantities of materials used to complete the
certain requirements of work activity.
• Procuring of the materials approved by the client and making
all documentations ( RFI, RFQ, MIR, QTN, PO, DN )
as well as keeping updated until the materials is delivered
on time at the desired worksi
