Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, recording, and supervising all
operational and financial aspects of the transport department, including:
• Maintaining complete records of company transport and fleet activities
• Managing driver schedules, attendance, trip logs, and performance
• Monitoring diesel consumption and preparing fuel usage reports
• Calculating transport costs, trip expenses, and operational data
• Processing payments including driver salaries and other expenses
• Handling tax calculations related to company transactions
• Managing payment coordination with subcontractors and contracting companies
• Preparing and maintaining invoices and billing records
• Recording and managing cheque transactions and financial data
• Generating reports and maintaining accurate documentation
• Performing all tasks using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Printing and organizing both digital and physical records

• Developed and maintained high-quality Flutter applications, enhancing user experience and engagement.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilized Dart programming language to build responsive and efficient mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Participated in code reviews and provided constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Implemented best practices in mobile app development, contributing to a significant reduction in bugs and performance issues.
