Job Responsibilities:-
1. Underwriting team member for Insurance Co.
Keep to all service standards by completing transactional underwriting duties in a timely and accurate fashion.
Handled basic underwriting submission analysis for new and renewal business applications
Maintained up-to-date logs on all issued policies and upcoming renewal submissions using Microsoft Word and Excel
Assembled policy file, ensured source documents were properly filed and saved to correct data base
Responded promptly to all internal and external customer requests with accurate and detailed information.
2. Insurance coordinator cum HR Secretary for Construction Co.
Prepare Annual Insurance Plan based on projects and properties.
Obtain various quotations from insurers for newly dealt projects.
Analyze the offers of different insurers and preparation of a comparative analysis for various assets and liabilities.
Track expiry dates of policies to ensure all policies are timely renewed and covered.
Carry adequate insurance coverage in accordance with the company’s policy standard
Co-ordinates with Risk Management Department to ensure that the insurance clauses are revised and updated for inclusion in all loses
All staffs & their dependents Health & Medical Insurance (Class VIP/A /B/C) along with following and maintaining record of loadings/linking with CCHI
providing secretarial services to the Chief of HR & Administration
drafting relevant letters & email correspondence
maintain filing systems
Prepare and manage correspondence and documents
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution
Course completed
