• Responsible for all MEP and Infrastructure works through Design, Development, Execution, Testing & Commissioning and Handover.
• Leading the project MEP team with overall responsibility for performance including cost, schedule, deliverables and contractual compliance.
• Review of Contractor’s submissions including shop drawings, material/equipment submittals, technical Queries, quality plan and method statements.
• To deliver projects within the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality
• Conducting value engineering and cost control assessments as part of the design review process.
• Attend & Chair technical coordination meetings to resolve conflicts between various Contractors and provide directions as required.
• Implement the site supervision quality procedures, and review submission requirements of the project, along with the MEP contractor.
• Review all construction documents and highlight any design and contractual discrepancies with the concerned RE/SHOM.
• Ensure that all statutory authority NOC’s / permits / design approvals are available on site for construction.
• Ensure that the main contractor and nominated MEP contractor coordinate with all concerned authorities departments and ensure that their requirements are adequately and satisfactorily incorporated.
• Extend the maximum possible effort to avoid contractor(s) claims for cost and/or delay.
• Review and forward any comments on all submittals including contractor design drawings, shop drawings, materials and alternative proposals submitted by contractors.
• Conduct regular (daily) site visits and supervise, certify the installation of mechanical services ensuring compliance with the contract documents.
The Airport Outfall Project is a Dual FRP Pipeline Project carried out along 36 Kms in the main streets of Jeddah city with 3 & 3.5 M diameter pipe. It is one of the state of art project with numerous conflicts with utilities & Reinstatement of utilities including Asphalt. The whole project consists 118 Manholes, 44 Junction boxes, 235 Catch basins, 2 Detention ponds & 3 outfalls connected to Red sea, with total volume of excavation 600, 000 Cum.
Wadi Qura & Muraygh Dam & Channel is of 42 kms of length with 22.5 km of Reinforced channel(lined) 11.km of Unlined Channel with Gabion, Rock channel of 7 kms & 4.7 km of Box Culvert, The main Dam storage capacity is 3.65Mm3 with Saddle dam & Spillway. Total 195, 000 M3 Concrete is used for this project
Project: Khabt Al Khareesh Residential complex, Jezan, KSA.

This project consists of 1, 246 Residential Villa’s with Sewer Network of 8 kms with Storm water drainage, and 2 Sewage treatment plants, 2 Schools & 6 Masjids. The estimated Project Cost SR 800 Million
Responsibilities:
•Conducting inspections for all MEP works (HVAC, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, Plumbing & Electrical system
•Checking all works in accordance with Approved shop drawings & Specifications and other contract documents. Following up materials procurement & carrying out Material inspections at site. Level for MEP services in compliance with Client/Consultant requirements. Check and approve “As-built” drawings submitted by the Contractor
Project: Discovery Gardens, Jabel Ali - Dubai
Project cost: AED 12 billion.
Project Manager: Turner Construction International.
The Discovery Gardens Project was a Landmark Construction in Dubai, It was a huge residential complex with 289 buildings (G+6 & G+8) with 27, 800 flats .The project has wolrd class amenities with a district cooling plant of 200K Tons capacity.
Responsibilities:
•Monitoring progress & Carrying inspections for all MEP, Checking all works in accordance with Approved IFC drawings & Specifications.
•Testing & Commissioning of Electro-Mechanical systems. (Low voltage and medium voltage Electrical systems, Fire alarm system, Intercom system, Lifts, LPG, FAHU’s, DDC Panel, Heat Exchangers, VFD’s, Pumps Etc )
•Supervision of installation of all types of Rotary equipments such as central Chiller plants, Air Handling Units, Re-circulating pumps, Booster pumps, Air compressors and Static equipments such as Heat Exchangers

Responsibilities:
•Project planning and overall scheduling for execution of the project with multi disciplinary activities.
•Supervising all MEP works in accordance with design drawings, Specification, Bill of Quantities & method statements.
•Preparing material submittals, obtaining approvals and procurement as per site requirement.
•Liaison with consultants and main-contractors on day-to-day affairs related to project.
•Review of sub-contractor’s daily and monthly work progress reports and payment certificates.
•Preparation and submission of O&M manuals/warranty certificates.
•Closing the project by commissioning & testing of all MEP installation and handing over to the Client
• In charge of site activities and responsible for execution of all Electro-Mechanical works including HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Strom and Sanitary works.
• Design and Material submittal Reviews, value Engineering & Preparation of tender documents.
• Review and ensure adequate contractor’s resources for efficient work progress.
