• Reconciliation of Debtors Control (GL) account and age analysis on monthly basis.
• Administration of Inward swift payments.
• AD Hoc project management to ensure internal cover risk is minimal especially on Agri & lime customers.
• Weekly and Monthly reporting - credit limit /exposure management, DSO, Cashflow management and debtors performance.
• Opening new accounts and administrating application of credit limits with the Credit Insurer- CGIC.
• Customer Centricity -External-Trade Visits with commercial department.
• Optimise Team Performance -Team Dynamics, Performance Management, Effective Communication
• Manage Human Resources - Recruiting, Training and Developing employees, Manage Healthy IR Climate.
• Query management
• Manage Regional Credit Risk -Controls, Audits, Systems Utilisation- to leverage growth.
• Manage legal and recovery collection process -engage with attorneys.
• Approval of new accounts and risk assessment of existing accounts with mandate of up to R2, 5 million authority level and co-signing with executive on accounts above R2, 5million.

Process Excellence

• Ad-hoc duties - Attend to all sales team, operations team and District Sales Managers requests.
Held various positions in the company from junior level and promoted up to management level from 2001to 2009. Positions held include : Telesales Clerk, Sales Co-ordinator, Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable Administrator and Credit Risk Assessor. In 2009 the SAB shared service centre was outsourced to Genpact.
