My current role includes teaching English as a second language alongside an experienced local teacher while collaborating on tasks, managing the classroom and creating and facilitating learning opportunities to reflect relevant learning objectives.

Additionally, I am responsible for implementing a holistic approach to educational activities while upholding curriculum standards.

I also design and integrate learning materials into lesson plans while focusing on STEM concepts, arts and crafts, sensory activities and developing both fine- and gross motor skills.

While volunteering as a teaching assistant at KES, I assisted the classroom teacher by preparing materials for lessons, providing support and facilitating learning opportunities.

As a swimming instructor at BSK, my main responsibility was to teach children aged 3-6 skills that would allow them to react to being in a body of water. I taught skills like turning over, breathing, kicking and floating in a body of water (swimming pool). These skills would later aid them in learning to swim.
