• Oversees the implementation of the credit strategies, policy and procedures and recommend for continued improvement and development of them.
• Manage the diversification of loan portfolio exposure to diverse market segments, loan products, loan sizes, economic sectors, lending methodologies, geographic area, branches etc.
• Establish proper technical support and control mechanism to ensure the standardize lending and recovering processes are adopted institutional wise.
• Take part in recruitment and capacity development, performance management of all credit personnel.
• Establish and enforce proper standard loan officer caseload to measure and balance the risk and productivity level.
• Perform off-site and/or on-site loan assessment and recommend loan application from branch to credit committee for credit decision making.
• Collaborate with finance department in preparation of credit and operational reports for regulators, investors, lenders, board, management and other external and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for institutional wise and by branches with allocation of all expenses to reflect their real performance.
• New Branch Open - Create the proposal for a new branch opening / FRD processing to get the final approval / Area Survey / Recruit the manpower / to find the proper area and building to open branch / etc….

• Responsible for overseeing compliance within an organization, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Develop, update and maintain checklists, policy, procedure and system related with compliance management.
• Making sure that the company is in compliance regard to all internal and external regulations.
• Prepare and report compliance issues across the functions.
• Review the whole process and procedure to identify the compliance issues and provide training or advice as necessary.
• Training for individual Staff (eg. Loan Policy, Credit Policy, Personnel Policy).
• Providing strategic direction to the management team on compliance.

• Manage performance of branches from respective regions by leading them to set, monitor and evaluate their key performance indicators on regular basic for achieving both operational and financial objectives.

• Oversee or perform administrative tasks including location of branch office, logistic of office rental and renovation, fixed assets equipment and management, and office and security management to ensure that all branches in respective regions are standardized.

• Actively participate in branch’s staff recruitment process, capacity development, annual appraisal and ensure that staffs are capable to identify their strength or weakness, they are strongly motivated, disciplinary actions are taken appropriately and conflicts are solved peacefully.

• Ensure that clients are well selected, all loans are well assessed before approving, good customer services are delivered, and portfolio quality is well managed.
• Mitigate branch risks including operational, credit, liquidity and others to as minimum level as possible. Internal control system shall be regularly focused and fully executed.
• To ensure good working environment within working place, staffs have good relationship to each other, local authority’s liaison and other stakeholders.
• Be a legal representative of Standardize Microfinance to signed loan contract with customer.
