• Lead all recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers.
• Attract candidates by promoting job opportunities using Linkedin, social media, and other tactics.
• Reviewing resumes to determine whether candidates meet qualifications for the position.
• Conducting reference checks on candidates to ensure that they have good work ethics and experience for the job.
• Keep up to date with the latest HR recruitment trends, best practices, and labour legislation.

• Ensuring that all required documents are collected from new staff.
• Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule.
• Ensure to updating the candidate’s data on SAP.
