• Review drawings & specifications to understand and detail the scope of work prior to execution.
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
• Plan, execute and monitor all civil and structural site works as per compliance with the plan/drawings, specification & schedule.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Imparting on-site administrative & technical management
• Handling field reporting & aiding subcontractors.
• Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
• Executing the site works as per specifications.
• Aiding quality, safety & environmental programs.
• Training site engineers & foreman.
• Solving the technical queries raised by the subcontractors & clarification in related to the project.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
• Liaison with client representatives for inspection before & after the work & maintaining the approved records.
• Liaison with consultant if any missing information or any other problem.
• Getting information of the various types of new material applicable in building construction
• To prepare & maintain all documentation works related to above mentioned activities.
• Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
• Guiding & Directing the team towards achieving set targets
• Review drawings & specifications to understand and detail the scope of work prior to execution.
• To study the terms & conditions of the contracts.
• Assisting the Project Manager for site progress, client meetings, project status.
• Executing the site works as per specifications.
• Work out the project quantities accurately.
• Simultaneously sending enquires to the subcontractors for all related works of the project.
• Diligently to following up the quotation of subcontractor.
• Solving the technical queries raised by the subcontractors & clarification in related to the project.
• Liaison with client representatives for inspection before & after the work & maintaining the approved records.
• Preparing Material Approval Sheets & get approval for the same from consultants.
• Liaison with consultant if any missing information or any other problem.
• Getting information of the various types of new material applicable in building construction.
• Being update with the material prices in the market.
• Bid preparation & submission within given time.
• To prepare & maintain all documentation works related to above mentioned activities.
