• Transcribing all specialties of medical science proficiently using computer-based packages including Express Scribe, Stedman’s Electronic Medical Dictionary, Stedman’s Abbreviations, Acronyms & Symbols, Stedman’s Equipment Words, Stedman’s Radiology & Oncology, Stedman’s Plus 2004 Spell Checker, Quick Look Drug Reference, American Heritage and Merriam-Webster English Dictionaries.
• Transcribing all types of dictations i.e. Admission, History & Physical, Consultation, Follow-up, Discharge, Chart, Clinic and Operative notes; and Interview.
• Maintaining database of dictators.
• Supporting other medical transcriptionists and trainees to ensure the quality of work.
• Participating in training, evaluation, meetings and other activities conducted by the management.
• Reporting to Director.
• Administration and troubleshooting of LAN setup of fifty-50 nodes comprising of domain controller, additional domain controller, file and print server, and proxy server running on Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional and Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2000.
• Transcribing fifty-50 minutes of dictation with an accuracy of 98% per day.

• Administration and troubleshooting of 480-line ISP consisting of 16 ISDN PRIs, Tellabs HDSLs, MAX TNT Access Server, Compaq Proliant 1600 and 3000 servers, Sun Enterprise 250 and 450 servers, Sun Ultra Sparc 5 and Dell Power Edge 1300 servers, Cisco 1700, 1900, 2500 and 3600 series switches, routers and Cisco 550 cache engine.
• Administration and Troubleshooting of 256 kbps broadband connectivity over UTP CAT5 cable between China Petroleum and Gem Internet Services Private Limited
• Administration and troubleshooting of LAN setup of fifty-50 nodes using Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, 2003, Sun Solaris 2.6, 2.7, 2.8 and Redhat Linux 7.2 at server-end and Windows 95, 98, NT Workstation and 2000 Professional at client-end.
• Identifying opportunities for providing value to customers, proactively offering to engage our services and ensuring they are satisfied with the delivery of the services.
• Coordinating with the support function team and act as a technical facilitator to resolve client’s system and application problems/issues.
• Visiting corporate clients for troubleshooting on as needed basis.
• Supervising team of technical support engineers and arrange trainings.
