• Supervision and monitoring of equipment installation and removal using cranes and reviewed non-routine heavy critical lifting /rigging study up to 540 t, review MS/TRA for equipment installation onshore, off shore, live plant, and marine lifting operation.
• Ensured that lifting equipment is fit for purpose, certification review, control and approval lifting equipment for the project.
• Conducted audits at companies which conduct lifting, installation and removal equipment activity at site to ensure that they comply with a company HSE Lifting Policy and Procedures, their lifting equipment comply with latest HSE and lifting Standards .
• Perform audits for contractors and ensuring that lifting team holding valid certificates and the project lifting equipment is in good safe condition, comply with Standard and LOLER and BS 7121. Coordinate with TPI with periodic lifting equipment inspection.
• Modules installation and transportation documentation reviewed and successfully achieved modules, weight up to 1800 t, offloading from barges / ships and transportation, and installation using SPMTs, jacking and skidding
• Promote, support lifting team effectiveness and safe performance, ensuring continues improvement multi culture individuals safety performance by conducting rigging lifting safety trainings at site and in class, auditing lifting team performance.
• Successfully achieved “ 0” LTI on IGD & IGD E1 installation and safe work efficiency.
