In this role, I am responsible for insuring of attracting the suitable Employees by providing recruitment section with the right JDs and competencies for each job. Also, I am accountable for running the Performance Appraisal across the organization, increment and bonuses. I handled employees benefits and compensations and finally participate in developing the internal training calendar.

Al Rajhi Takaful: Worked As an HR analyst in the HR Department of Al Rajhi Takaful. This position allows me to handle Pre And after Recruitment Process, starting from sourcing, communicating and initial scanning the candidates and send them to the right department. I was also accountable for the Manpower to be recruiting up to the plan. This position Allows me to deal with candidates in different career stages. It also allows me to attend and participate in number of Career Fairs as a way to attract Saudi national Candidates.
