Managing end to end process of IT Recruitment Process.
Source potential candidates from various Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and Social
Networking Platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
and implementation.
Interacting with the SPOC/Clients for better understanding of requirements.
Negotiate between clients and candidates to secure mutually satisfactory salary/compensation
packages along with benefits if necessary.
Involved in the whole array of recruitment that embraces interview coordination, Salary
Negotiations and Follow-up with the selected candidates till they join.
