Responsible for the Management and Execution of project activities as per design/Drawing, Identification and rectification of technical design mistakes, Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports, Preparation of presentation and updates for client & consultant Visits, Correspondence with client & Consultant at design Issue, Liaison with client, consultant, sub-contractor and other professional staff and Ensured health and safety and sustainability policies.

The project consists of the following packages:
- Laying of RCC pipe 15”- 72” diameter
- 261KM water supply network 3”-10”dia
- Laying of RCC single cell and double cell conduits
- Roads Restorations
- 5xOver head water tanks.
Responsible for the management of construction activities for ongoing contracts, assure projects execution in adherenceto specified budget, quality, time, health and safety standards, follow up construction progress and lead/monitor the supervision team assigned on site.
My role extends to include ensure timely execution of work as per drawing & specification, Preparation of site reports.
Dealing with subcontractor and other influencing agencies and Making daily reports and reporting to Project Manager.

- Brick Manhole construction
- RCC manhole Construction. o Roads restorations.
- Thrust boring for RCC pipes o Gully Grating chambers.
Responsible for overseeing and managing construction project from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within budget, on schedule, and compliance with safety regulations. Ensuring safe working environment is crucial and play a key role in implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedure on site.

- Construction of Military residential and non-residential buildings (single and multi-stories )
- Maintenance and repairs of buildings
Responsible for Managing the planning and overseeing of construction projects, Contributing technical expertise to project drawing and design and liaising between sub-contractor, vendor and suppliers.
My role extends to include responsibilities for the management of construction activities for all ongoing contracts, assureprojects execution in adherence to specified budget, quality, time, health and safety standards, follow up construction progress and lead/monitor the supervision team assigned on site.
