Cargo Acceptance procedure. Examine weight and volume of the shipment and transfer it to different station through internal software
Coordinate with management to organize and implement customer service strategic plans. Facilitate customers with costing, travelling plans, answered queries and conveyed necessary information if required. Make all necessary booking arrangements and keep detailed financial records in order to pay suppliers. Conduct weekly and monthly financial reconciliations to ensure office staff has made correct payments. Responsible for maintaining client files including statistical and financial records.
During the time period of my internship I came to know about different departments at Lahore airport. I was deployed to six different departments of CAA per week. The Departments are as follows:
