Job Responsibilities:
a) Supervise all purchasers and help them to solve issues from department and vendor.
b) Major responsibilities are deal with contactors & Procurement works
c) Supervise the Logistics matters for transportation
d) Supervision of issuance of Enquiries and its follow up with supplier.
e) Negotiate with the supplier about rates, delivery and other issues
f) Finalize the order after comparing the rates of suppliers
g) Get the approval of competent authority
h) Issuance of Purchase order as per company policy and its follow up
i) Keeping record of supply i.e. its date of supply, quantity and quality
j) Supervision of follow up with stores to get the acceptance of supplies
k) Supervision of follow up with suppliers for replacements if rejected
l) Verify vendor claims for accuracy
m) Perform claim verifications against documentation to ensure that purchases/services are properly completed
n) Ensure timely recording and processing of vendor invoices in system
o) Monitor Vendor advances and other receivables and ensure timely clearance of vendor payment
