●Analyze of Inventory performance for maintaining optimum level of Stock. Identifying slow and best sellers and implementing an optimum markdown strategy for achieving the budgeted sales and margins
●Liquidation Planning for Slow Sellers and Aging Inventory
●Support the assortment planning process through the reporting and analysis of article performance, confirming whether the assortment fits within the merchandise plan
●Develop and refine buying plans through well-conceived merchandising strategies by taking into consideration historical trends, on-going performance of the business and future trends
●Creating monthly forecasting that clarifies why sales, inventory, margins and markdowns may vary from planned levels and recommends strategies for change
Responsible for financial management of projects, recognizing business opportunities and putting together bids to win new business as well as negotiating and agreeing contracts.
