Manage Elegancia Operations functional areas; provide policy guidance and coordinate the activities of assigned departments, divisions, and services; foster cooperative working relationships with community, inter governance agencies and staff.
•Develop and implement an operational A&FM system by establishing efficient processes and procedures.

•To work with Head Office to understand Nature Reserve's Operational Readiness Plan as part of the incorporation process, as well as input to the plan specifically for asset operational readiness in accordance with set timeframes. This could include but not limited to:
•Prepare RFI and RFPs as required to support the set-up and asset operational readiness.
•Deliver program plans, budgets, resources requests that establish, initiate, and implement all operational requirements.
•Management life cycle modelling, asset & facilities management, planned, preventive and emergency management procedures, sinking funds, operating models etc.
•Create a comprehensive asset management plan that includes lifecycle management, maintenance strategies (planned, reactive, emergency), and compliance with regulatory requirements.
•Oversee the day-to-day operations of assets, properties, and infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning.
•Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance technicians, facility managers) to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
•Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement in asset performance.
•Collaborate with external vendors or contractors for specialized maintenance or repair work.
•Monitor energy consumption patterns and implement energy-saving initiatives where applicable.
•Develop and maintain a Building Management System (BMS) to monitor critical systems such as HVAC, lighting, security systems, etc.
•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by implementing appropriate protocols and conducting regular audits.
•Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for asset performance evaluation and report on them regularly to headquarters.
•Analyze data related to asset performance, maintenance costs, energy consumption, etc., to identify trends or areas for improvement.
•Collaborate with Nature Reserve Head Office and Divisions to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
•Embed the concept of Digital Twin into Operations and Support including incorporation of the Command & Control technology workstream.
•Operations Planning and Strategy:
•Define and determine project scope and objectives.
•Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
•Prepare budget based on scope of work and resources requirements.
•Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
•Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
