Job Responsibilities:
• Implemented and monitored Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and QA procedures specific
to water infrastructure (Highrise building towers) projects.
• Conducted regular site inspections and material testing (concrete, steel, backfill, aggregates) to ensure compliance with
technical specifications and contract requirements as per dwgs and BOQs.
• Issued and tracked Inspection Requests (IRs) and Contractor Requests for Inspection (CRFI) in coordination with site
teams and consultants.
• Supervised and witnessed field/lab testing such as slump test, cube test, core cutting, compaction test, steel tensile
Test & Rebound hammer test.
• Identified and reported Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), proposed corrective actions (Method statements), and
verified their implementation and compliance reports.
• Coordinated with contractors, consultants, and laboratory teams to ensure timely inspections, test approvals, and quality
records.

• Conducted site inspections and technical supervision of civil construction works including foundations, structural
concrete, finishing, and underground utilities.
• Ensured contractors work adhered to IFC drawings, specifications, and project timelines under the guidance of the
Resident Engineer.

C1 (NOSERI) SITE.
• Assisted senior engineers in overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Conducted site inspections and monitored the progress of various civil works at Culverts, batching plants, flushing gallery, Apron concrete pouring, under sluices and radial gates and counterfort.
• Supported the Quality Inspectors by helping to conduct material inspections and tests to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Gained hands-on experience with surveying equipment, helping to perform land measurements and layout work for the project.
• Visited with the project management team to gain experience of coordinating resources and schedule work activities.
• Engaged in learning and understanding the operations of hydropower systems and the specific challenges of the Neelum Jhelum project.
• Assisted in the resolution of minor on-site technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
