Delegate and monitor repairs, manage maintenance expenses and capital plans.
Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) is pre- scheduled maintenance designed to ensure that equipment and systems are operating safely and efficiently, and to minimize unscheduled repairs.
