• Ensuring all the three types of cost sharing arrangements among the group companies currently in place is being followed that mainly includes non-core business activities cost sharing, intra group services cost and cost contribution;
• Certifying that all the General overheads related to the company assets utilization are properly charged/ shared to each project;

• Ensuring the monthly accounts are closed on time and monthly VAT returns are submitted on due date, moreover to ensure monthly accounting reports are prepared for senior man agement review;
• Monitoring the progress of all the ongoing projects against the budget, preparing variance analysis for management intimation;
• Preparation of financial statements/ Management reports on each quarter in accordance with IFRS;
• Preparing the annual budget and cash flows, Quarterly analyzing the variations, discussing with the senior management and accordingly control actions are taken;
• Coordination with key external business partners such as handling the companys auditors and bankers;
• Managing the cash flows of the company by setting the business priorities in order to expedite the work flows; Negotiating the credit terms with the suppliers and subcontractors on behalf of the company

• Performance of external audits from planning to completion stages including the design of approach and performance of procedures in accordance with International Standards on Auditing;
• Participating in the quality reviews conducted by Mazars France
• Review of financial statements in compliance with the IFRS reporting framework and prevailing laws and regulations;
• Providing advice to clients on critical issues such as the design of accounting policies and improvements to internal controls.
