• Coordinating with PMC Team & site engineering team for site requirement, design and drafting drawings to produce high quality construction activity and maintaining the record for all drawing changes.
• Providing site inputs to the engineering and design team for FEED.
• Estimation, quantification and preparation of material requisitions to the procurement team with the coordination of engineering team, site manager and construction manager.

• Monitoring the daily activities and ensuring the issuance of PTW for the Site activities with coordination through PMC.
• Planning, assisting and coordinating with project engineering team, design and drafting team for reviews and approval of shop drawings on daily basis to produce high quality products and maintaining the record for all drawing changes.
• Estimation, quantification and preparation of project material requisitions to the procurement team with the coordination of project team, workshop manager and production manager.
• Liaising with project engineering and procurement team for vendor/supplier verification as per clients approved vendor list, tracking procurement activity and progress record for issuance of RFQs & LPOs to vendors.
• Investigate problems, Risk analysis and derive resolutions.
• Preparing and developing documentation e.g. FDS, Detail design, Bill of Material, FAT, internal inspections records, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Method Statements and SAT in line with project specifications.
• Supervising the production team members and introducing efficient methods of production line. Reading and understanding Logic and Control drawings, P&IDs & electrical schematics.
• Ensuring strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team to meet project target.
• Perform engineering risk analysis to reduce downtime and outage.
• Establishing productive working relationships with engineering, procurement, design, QHSE teams to maintain customary liaison and the assist them in timely project close out.
Achievements & Projects with Silvertech Middle East FZCO:
• Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA) - (Ongoing): Control and Communication Panels of ALBA Potline 6 Project. Managed project cost within 80% of Project cost. Project scope includes the Installation of Allen Bradley PLCs and CISCO Nexus equipments.
• ADNOC Onshore (ADCO) - (2016-ongoing): Replacement of Old system with new DCS, PLC, F&G and Automatic Oil Sampling System at JEBEL DHANNA. Timely completion of Project for IFAT within record time.
• ADNOC offshore (ADMA) - (2016-2017): NASR Full Field Development Project EPC Works for Package 1 - Pigging LCP & Interlock System at IGD-HAP - Spearheaded effort to Save $30, 000 for the entire project cost.
• ADNOC offshore (ADMA) - (2017-ongoing): BU HASSER Field Development Project Early Production Scheme (EPS) FGS Modification (DAS ISLAND). Maintained Standard Quality procedures for engineering deliverables for IO Stations and Control Panels supplied.
• ADNOC offshore (ADMA) - (2016-ongoing): Offshore Halon Replacement Project. As the Scope of project is the Installation and replacement of new and old IO stations thus identified the major Quality concern with manufacturer and Liaise with them for its rectification for all future projects.
Enhanced the capabilities and performance of department.
•As Team Leader, developed project management policies, strategies and action plans for timely project execution and developed necessary documentation.
System Engineer (Additional Duties)
•Designing, Diagnosis & fault rectification of complex multi-layered PCBs using various diagnostic and measuring devices as PINPOINT II, X-JTAG, JTAG Master, ABI System8 and Fault Finder5.
•Troubleshooting and fault rectification of Marine and Navigational Systems on PN ships and submarines.
