Initially assigned as QMS Auditor for the company, and later on the job profile was enhanced to include the QMS Documentation responsibilities. The responsibilities as QMS Auditor included the auditing process as per the ISO 19011, including preparation of audit plans and schedules, conducting audits as Lead and/or supporting auditor, preparation and distribution of Audit reports, follow up with all concerned for the Root Cause Analysis and closure of Corrective actions, and for documentation part, to review and revise various procedures for different departments along with process owners, conducting Gap Analysis audits for re-engineering of pre-set procedures. Selected Accomplishments:
• Conducted audit for 145 man-days.
• Improved the processes of various functions in the company by auditing, namely Procurement, Subcontracting, Design & Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, Human Resource, Transportation, Camps & Catering, Office Services, Metal Works Factory, Medical Services, Topography Department.
• Enhance the reporting structure and improved QMS implementation by Auditing for ISO 9001 Compliance at different Construction and Facility Management Projects, selected projects:

Energy & Sustainability Management:
Helping clients in reducing operating costs, providing cost benefit analysis to clients, improve energy efficiency and reliability, mitigate risk, and create more productive and healthy workplace environments.
• Exclusive in performing energy audits as per ISO:50001 & ASHRAE 90.1 standards of facilities, Data Centres, Chillers & lighting also responsible for tracking & maintaining chillers iKW report.
• Advise, coach, and support building staff (clients, facility managers, engineers, technicians) on specific energy management practices & on methodologies in identifying, scoping, and implementing ‘PDCA’ philosophy of energy management.
• Skilled in HVAC systems maintenance to ensure the necessary support is provided to the HVAC Department to minimize cost, ensure optimum system performance and ensure simplified system operations and maintenance.
• Skilled in performing audits of ISO 9001(QMS).

Maintenance Management:
The accomplishments for the said skill set are:
• Engaged in the core maintenance activity of 11, 200 sqm. property & handling HVAC/ electro-mechanical related maintenance in Riyadh, KSA.
• Responsible for the inception of HVAC machines maintenance plan on the current project which includes chillers, AHUs, FCUs, RTUs, split & window units, exhaust fans, DDC controllers etc.
• Responsible for ensuring the safety standards at work and trained in Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)
• Attending the meetings with clients, vendors & senior management on various perspective of maintenance & energy management issues.
• Responsible for providing work performance reports such as KPI, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual & annual maintenance work performance reports, snag projections report etc.
Joined as Factory In-charge for a newly setup factory for fabrication of Architectural Aluminum products (windows, doors, cladding, curtain walls, etc.), assisting the General Manager for the complete Project Cycle, managed and was involved directly in various activities starting from bidding process, meeting the clients prior to contract stage, preparation of contract and B.O.Q., planning for the projects, site measurements preparation and submittals of drawings, material requisition, issuance of cutting lists, fabrication and deliveries to site, and finally the installation, subcontractors supervision and handing over process. Selected Accomplishments:
• Established successfully the system for project cycle, related to the factory’s operations.
• Conducted pre and post - contract meetings with clients and consultants, selected projects;

• Drafted the pre-set contract agreement terms and conditions for the company, in coordination with General Manager.
• Searched and selected the suppliers and subcontractors.
Selected Accomplishments:
• Increased the production by 20% annually, by improving the work flow planning, and keeping same number of teams.
• Introduced rewards policy for the best workers on monthly basis to motivate the team.
• Improved the deliveries to site by 50% increment by re-arranging the logistics system and work process, using same number of workers and equipment.
• Enhanced the material flow by re-doing the factory layout.
• Introduced new packaging techniques for delivery of glasses.
• Selected and started operation of new machinery.
• Reduced the idle timing of machines by improving maintenance plan.
• Improved the coordination with Production Supervisors by conducting periodic meetings.
Promoted to the position of Planning Manager, with additional responsibilities of supervision QAQC Department activities. The responsibilities included getting the feedback from operations departments and getting targets from the top management in order to plan for monthly and annual production for the factory, and further to prepare the initial schedules for the new projects and updating the schedules for the running projects, coordinating and meeting on regular basis for the updates with the clients and concerned Department managers to follow up to achieve the set targets for various projects. Selected Accomplishments:
• Initiated and established department from start.
• Established Planning processes for the department.
• Hired and trained Planning Engineer.
• Conducted Supplier Audits for ISO 9001 Compliance, prior to supplier approvals.
• Improved coordination between departments by establishing coordination meeting with all the concerned departments.
• Prepared detailed schedules using Primavera and Microsoft Project.
1. Supervising the Quality Control starting from material receipt from suppliers, in process inspection, ready unit’s inspection, before deliveries to job sites and installation activities.
2. Formalizing and implementation of new procedures to enhance the productivity of different departments.
3. Reviewing and modifying the existing procedures.
4. Conducting internal audits on regular intervals, Management review meetings.
5. Cleared External Surveillance audits conducted by M/s Moody International, successfully consecutively 3 years.
Initially assigned as QC In-charge and promoted to the position of QAQC Manager within 6 months, to manage the QAQC team of one QC Engineer and 4 QC Inspectors, for Production floor and Site activities, for the Fabrication and Installation of Architectural Aluminum products (windows, doors, cladding, louvers, curtain walls, skylights, sunshades, etc.). The responsibilities for Quality Control included supervision of the inspection process for incoming materials from suppliers, in-process inspections, finished products and site inspections for storage, handling and installation of the delivered products. For Quality Assurance part the responsibilities included maintaining of the QMS documentation for the company, planning and conducting internal audits, conducting Management Review Meetings, maintaining of ISO 9001. Selected Accomplishments:
• Re-engineered the procedures for all the operations Departments for simplification and to add better control.
• Reduced onsite rejections by 35% by introducing new procedures for inspection prior to deliveries.
• Conducted QMS awareness sessions for all the engineers and managers in the company.
• Initiated induction and regular training programs for newly employed and current employees.
• Conducted effective Management Review Meetings.
• Cleared a re-Certification Audit and two external Surveillance Audits, conducted by Moody International.
• Mentored and trained QC Engineer as part of succession planning.
