Initially assigned as QMS Auditor for the company, and later on the job profile was enhanced to include the QMS Documentation responsibilities. The responsibilities as QMS Auditor included the auditing process as per the ISO 19011, including preparation of audit plans and schedules, conducting audits as Lead and/or supporting auditor, preparation and distribution of Audit reports, follow up with all concerned for the Root Cause Analysis and closure of Corrective actions, and for documentation part, to review and revise various procedures for different departments along with process owners, conducting Gap Analysis audits for re-engineering of pre-set procedures. Selected Accomplishments:
• Conducted audit for 145 man-days.
• Improved the processes of various functions in the company by auditing, namely Procurement, Subcontracting, Design & Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, Human Resource, Transportation, Camps & Catering, Office Services, Metal Works Factory, Medical Services, Topography Department.
