Conduct effective marketing, Provide excellent level of customer service and surpassing customer expectation at every opportunity. - Generate, receive and acknowledge the Oilfield related inquiries from various clients from IRAQ, UAE, Saudi Arab, Pakistan, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain. - Study of the complete inquiry, Tender, RFQ, along with Drawings, Specifications, Applicable Standards as per project requirement. - Preparation of project quotation, Technical and Commercial documents, define the scope of work.
- BOQ calculation and detailed cost estimates based on current market price level and provided scope
of work. Submit complete Technical & Commercial Proposal.
- Consistently follow up with the customer, negotiating the technical and commercial terms to secure
the orders, and meet sales target.
- Study of Commercial terms & conditions; Payment terms, LC Clauses etc.
Handle all customers’ correspondence including inquiry, quotation, clarifications, purchase orders and
deliveries.

To lead all aspects of design, Installation, testing and commissioning required to ongoing projects.
Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.
Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
By using computer-aided design (CAD) to Develops manufacturing Electrical drawings in accordance with applicable standards.
To research and analyze design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data.
Working relation with almost every major industry of Power(IPPs), Oil & Gas, Fertilizers, Cement, Sugar, Textile, Paper and Packaging industry, Food Industry and Process Industry
To Initiate and/or conducts meetings with Clients concerning contractual problems.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education and after-sales support services;
Provide technical advice to customers on proper selection of wiring diagrams & necessary components.
To understand the key technical issues for each project and manage their resolution.
To prepare the project schedules and to ensure the project Execution in time, in budget and with scope.
To conduct site visits of ongoing and upcoming projects with my technical team.
Providing trainings, Product support, services and Commissioning.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress and Prepares project status reports.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Meeting regular sales targets and Co-coordinating sales projects.
To perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS:
a) Replacement of Pneumatic Actuators in Fatima Fertilizer Company Ltd. (Dismantling of existing actuators and Installation of AUMA actuators).
b) Replacement of Chinese MOVs with AUMA Actuators in K-Electric Ltd
c) Replacement of old Bernard Actuators with AUMA at cooler fans in Maple Leaf Cement Factory.
d) Replacement of old Actuators with AUMA at Dumpers in Jamshoro Power Company Ltd.
e) Troubleshooting & Commissioning of AUMA Actuator at National Refinery Limited.
f) Replacement of old Actuators with AUMA Actuators in Guddu Power Plant.
g) Troubleshooting of faulty AUMA Actuator at Engro Fertilizer Daharki. (Many similar projects like that)
h) Installation and Commissioning of new Feed Water Globe Valves of LDM (Czech Republic) and AUMA Actuators at Bulleh Shah Packaging Limited.
i) Provided High Pressure Regulating Control Globe Valves of Wakmet (Poland) to Chiniot Power Plant.
j) Motorizing the installed Globe Valves of ARI - Germany with AUMA at Nishat Power Plant.
k) Replacement of Indian AUMA Actuators with New German AUMA Actuators at Chiniot Power Plant.
l) Currently working on a project for Pakistan Navy (fully automated firefighting system) with MSL
m) JV with Siemens on a Mega project of WASA in Punjab for the supply of various instrumentation
n) Working with Siemens on a project of SHELL Pakistan for vapor recovery system.
o) Supply of various instrumentation (ABB) for 2X55MW CFPP Sunder (Ref: 158124) for Descon Engineering.
p) Replacement of old Siemens and pneumatic Actuators with AUMA at Dewan Cement Ltd
q) Working with Siemens on a project of OGDCL (Instrumentation & Gas metering Systems for NASHPA oil Field - 2034/2017)
r) Working with Emerson Singapore on a Fuel Gas Monitoring Systems with all Instrumentation (Ref : KAPCO/614032)

t)Installation services for Drehmo Actuators (AUMA), pressure gauges & transmitters (Gerogin) at Sahiwal Coal Fired Power Plant (Project of CPEC)
