Role & Responsibilities:
1. Support the marketing department by scheduling and organising local meetings and events to host our target doctors for each medical brand (conferences, meetings, training, product launching …)
2. Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on market stakeholders emerging activities and trends
3. Arrange international events and projects to help target doctors attend reputable medical congresses world wide
4. Verify input and output invoices related to expenditures and shipping
5. Manage marketing and promotional material design and finish
6. Use statistical data and doctors’ calls visit reports to identify areas for operational improvements, create action plans and make suggestions for sales improvement.
7. Complete sample reports with all of their governmental records needed
8. Keep keen eye on budgets and expenditure for the activities of all medical lines in the company
manage warehouse processes entirely to complete the product delivery cycle
manage the store stock and inventory, moniter team performance and motivate team members to acheive sales target, floor management to ensuring that customer area is presentable, moniter production line ensuring processes are up to food safety standards, follow up on hygiene protocols, manage employees attendance and set staff Rota to drive sales and meet production and labor cost, perform job interviews when required to select new joiners for the store team
