Determine employee’s training needs at looking for the knowledge, skills and abilities require for their development and efficient performance.
Assist Human Resources Director in creating and updating policies and procedures.
1-Conducts study to forecast the workforce needs to make sure hospital is properly staffed.
2-Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
3-Designs, develops and leads the implementing of the job’s compensation and benefits programs.
4-Consults with HR management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters.
5-Develop, recommend and implement human resources activities, policies, procedures.
