• Introducing newly sourced /potential products to trade channels and sales teams through weekly sample reviews.
• Efficiently making decisions as to which proper trade channel shall in-troduce and sell the newly introduced product/category/brand..
• Continuously establishing and completing the following process upon introducing anything new be it at a category level/ or brand level: completing full Feasibility studies, negotiating, sourcing, pricing, until received in warehouse. Once received: Introducing to team, designing marketing plan, setting number of targeted doors per month per year, then launch, then assess performance.
• Conducting monthly market visits to ensure that the company’s and brands’ standard operating procedures and policies are in place and uniform in addition to train the country sales team on the Business plan of newly acquired brands/products.
